In the heart of the intimate village of Cabrières d´Avignon and near its bakery, grocery store and butcher, charming house of around 200 m2 with 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and swimming pool. On the ground floor with direct access to the outside, a small but practical kitchen, a large relaxation lounge, a TV lounge and guest toilets. On the 1st floor, 2 double bedrooms (1 x 160 and 1 x 140) with a shower room and toilet. With a second access you will find a large bathroom (bath and shower), toilet and a large family room with a double bed (140) and a single bed (90). Swimming pool of 7 x 3 meters, terrace under a beautiful vineyard and small sheltered terrace with table and barbecue. This house will be ideal for a small family wanting to enjoy the life of an intimate and quiet village. Gordes is 10 minutes away. Beautiful walks nearby with the cedar forest and the famous " Mur de la Peste ".
